Changing Account Credentials

All users should change their password and email at least once since they have purchased their account from a third-party vendor. This guide^♰ will walk you through the steps needed to help you reset your password if you forgot, change your password and email. To get started, you will possibly need the following information attached the account:

• Username
• Current Password
• Name
• Birthday

Password

If you can login on the website, then follow the steps listed under the “Change Password” section below. If you cannot login, but have your current Username, Name, and birthday, then go to the “Reset Password” section below.

Change Password

1. Login on the main page and click the link under the “My Cash” button.



2. Click the middle option in the center of the page.



3. Fill out the form on the pop-up window that appears.

Reset Password

1. Go to the main page. Click the middle link under the “HANGAME Login” button.



2. Fill out the form inside the pop-up window and submit information.



3. Select Email Authentication.



4. Fill in the matching email address.

From this point on an email should have been sent to your corresponding email address. Open up the email and there should be a link inside to reset your password for your account.

Change Email

1. Login on the main page and click the link under the “My Cash” button.



2. Click the first option in the middle of the page.



3. Type in your current password and press the button to continue.



4. Select the third button in the middle of the page.



5. Fill out the middle section where the email goes.

^♰ This guide cannot help you if your account has been inactive for over 90 days. To regain your account that has been inactive, you must have the social security number, name, and phone number attached to the account. Most third-party websites, such as OBTGame and NewGameWay, will not provide the social security number, or phone number attached to the purchased account. If you have the account information to reclaim your inactive account, then please contact the SUN support team. If you are trying to recover your username, you will need additional information, such as phone number, credit card, or i-PIN that was setup on the account. You will need to click the first link under the “HANGAME Login” button on the main page. This guide will not go into anymore details on how to recover your Username even if you have the account information available.
